Travel and Tours

My girlfriend and I just wanted to get away for a bit of sum last year, so we really didn’t have very many criteria when we set about finding somewhere to go. We had been to Spain the year before, and Greece the year before that, and although both of those holidays had been great, we wanted to try somewhere a little bit different.

After a bit of hunting about we came across some amazing photo’s of the Algarve. The south coast of Portugal looked absolutely amazing, and the more I read about the place, the more I wanted to go there. We searched for some cheap flights and quickly came across some very affordable flights to Algarve. We decided to book our flights straight away as the price seemed so cheap, and also because we had already found a lovely looking small hotel in Faro which looked as if it would suit us down to the ground.

Once we arrived in Portugal I knew we had made the right decision! The place was baking hot and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky! As we were driven to our accommodation, I noticed the most fantastic looking Golf course, just a few miles outside of the resort! I knew that my girlfriend would be thinking of nothing but sun and I was pretty sure that I would be able to slip away for a few rounds of golf!

The Algarve was the perfect place for us and we are already looking forward to going back there next year!
